Hello, my order of 3 coats was placed on Nov.27 and I only received the email said”the order has been received”. Since then, there is none information from the Nap Loungewear. My order #572106, and I’ve not even received the notification of tracking#. I’ve tried calling the customer service phone number and never did anyone answer. I’ve also emailed but no response. Looks like this company is a scam.Updates: After I submited review here yesterday, I received an email from Nap Loungewear that among my order of three coats, two has tracking numbers but one tracking number was not found, one is still in China distribution center. And one last one is still processing but not shipped yet. So what do I expect here? When am I going to receive my items or never ever?
