After returning the hearing aids (registered and insured) they did not acknowledge even receiving them until 12 days after they were signed for…we are also still in a holding pattern to try to get a refund.THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE…OR THEIR LIES, STEER CLEAR!
