    Purchased on 11/18/22…I had trouble with the Nano hearing aids from day 1…did not keep a charge…no way to control the volume…after numerous calls to get an RMA I finally was given information to send them back…on 12/6 I packed everything back into the box they came in…The hearing aids in the charging case…they were sent back USPS Priority Mail in a bubble envelope with additional insurance…called and was told that both hearing aids were totally damaged so they would not refund my money…picture sent via email shows them both pulled apart and the earbuds missing and a torn envelope…asked how it was possible that they were that damaged if packed in the charging case and the box they came in…I truly believe that damage was done on their end…and they still expect me to make future payments…BEWARE they are SCAMMERS
