Sadly, I’m now reading all the same bad reviews as I came here to leave. I bought these for my 93 year old grand father who never even got to wear or try these hearing aids as he then ended up in the hospital. I started a return within the required 45 days, had my tracking confirmation and was told the refund could take up to 45 days. It has been beyond 45 days, I have been reaching out several times and now today was sent an email with a stock photo of a broken set of hearing aids and they denied a refund. I have also filed a report with the BBB and called their company again with no success. I never leave bad reviews, but knowing this company is scamming a mostly elderly customer base, is incredibly sickening to me.
