i reached out for a package and prepaid for consolidation, and changed my premium membership to free, i thought since i already paid for it to be consolidated it’d be fine.first item reaches the suite and ships and they ask me for an invoice, you basically robbed me and asked for more here, since i had no money in my account being poor and all i was saved i suppose went to customer support for a refund, was met with decent enough service but once i asked for a full refund they turned to robots stating the refund can’t be made and they’d escalate to their seniorsstalling basically.Scam detectors are ringing non-stop, avoid them like the plague.TL;DR orderd then changed to free and was met with single item shipping and invoices for the orders , they refuse refunds and stall.
