You guys make me pay for carry luggage and you did not add it to my bookings.When I call you , you said the airline company will sort this out at the airport . they charge me another £55 on top because of you.And they told me : “this £rd party provider made you pay for stuff they can’t give you, you have been scammed”you having 1 star here just because I cannot put minus.Update: we are the 15 of November, you said you have contacted me directly but it is not the case
