Total SCAM. We used MyTrip to book ‘cheaper’ flights, we paid for baggage and seats and when we got to the airport we were told by the airline that they had not been paid by MyTrip so we had to pay again for bags and seats. On returning we contacted MyTrip for a refund with evidence of us paying both on MyTrip and in the airport for bags and seats and they basically refused to help us. Spoke to 4 different people to get to the bottom of it and no luck, we lost a lot of money. Terrible terrible service. Do not use MyTrip!!!!
