As with other postings, I was ‘trapped’ by this company. Initially looked for a manual for a digital clock that retailed at £11.99, the £1.49 charge seemed reasonable though I can’t find it now. I hadn’t realised that there was a recurring charge of £24.90 imposed after THREE days. Once I did realise these charges were being made (seven months of them – my fault for not checking before) I challenged it, made VISA aware and raised a complaint with the EU Trading Standards Office as My Manuals are based in Dublin. I have so far received five months charges returned and I am pressing hard for the remainder. Very dubious and probably fraudulent business model.
