Similar experience to others. Clearly a scam and the company should be taken down. £1.49 paid for an initial manual and then £24.90 taken shortly afterwards for subscription I did not know I had taken out. Appalling and yet this company still comes up first on a Google search.Update: Have been issued with a refund after writing an email referring to this thread and suggesting that I would write to The Guardian and Which about their methods.
