Absolutely the worst. It’s a scam!!! I got charged 120€ for an annual subscription I never accepted which was probably hidden somewhere. I contacted them less than 24hrs after I got unfairly charged and still had no reply. I bought it for a friend of mine as a present. I was considering to buy me and my partner one but after this I’m 300% sure I won’t. If I won’t get refunded I will copy/paste this review on myheritage.uk and all the other many profiles they have. Even with all my friends accounts.
