I’m in the process of filing a FTC complaint on this company. I signed up for the 3 Day trial they gave and then cancelled the trial on the 2nd Day. Low and behold the end of the 3rd day I got charged by a company by the name of WeWillMine and Coin App claims that they have no idea how my information got to them when Coin App is the only app that I’ve dealt with. But clearly it’s a server security issue where somebody was able to get my card information if they truly have no knowledge of how my card information that was stored on their website fell into the hands of another mining company. The customer service manager, Tyler, kept deflecting it off on me like it was my fault and repeatedly told me over and over that I need to contact this company who is clearly fraudulent. And get my money back from them. When I was trying to tell him that the company he works for has a breach in their system. But he kept deflecting off on me.
