I signed up for a free trial on 11/13/2022, decided I didn’t like it enough to sign up for a year, and cancelled on 11/17/22 – well within the 7 day free trial time frame. My app said the service was cancelled but accessible till 11/20/22 at which point it was ending. It still says it is now cancelled. Despite this, on 11/21/22 MuseScore charged me 69.99 for a year subscription despite it being cancelled and unaccessible through my app, and more importantly without me authorizing it. The money has been taken from my PayPal account fraudulently and customer service is claiming I did not cancel in time which is blatantly false – and refusing to refund me. Terribly unethical company.
