This company is a scam. Even though I cancelled my free trial they charged me $69.99 for a year subscription and keep arguing that I signed up on their website when I did not. I signed up via an apple subscription with the app only on my phone and did not ever visit their website or realize there was one. I even sent them a screen shot of the expired apple subscription. It would not show up in my apple subscriptions if I signed up online. HORRIBLE customer service. Of course there is no phone number to call and apparently they are in Sweden because I was charged a foreign transaction fee from Sweden for my erroneous year charge. The scores look like they are customer submitted so they are not even legit scores. Don’t sign up unless you enjoy arguing back and forth with PAULA in customer service. I wish I had googled reviews before signing up. Live and learn I suppose.
