After being a loyal customer for 3 years and doing thousands of transactions my account suddenly stopped working today when I wanted to withdraw $100. Nothing worked, I was told my account had been reset and the problem was fixed yet it was not. Then all the sudden I am being asked to provide ID and I will have to wait 48 hrs.After expressing my anger over this Muchbetter went silent. Ignoring my many messages and leaving me in limbo with no resolution and stealing my money.All this over $100. This company is SCAM! Its disgusting the way they treat a customer of 3 years and I would advise everyone to stay away from using this service.
