Tried depositing using much better in Roobet and stake and it is giving me issues. I converted it into crypto and asked for a refund. I just got an email from support advising kyc option or to refund it on my credit card. I told them just refund it back to my credit card. Email from November 12 from support advising options and I sent 3 follow ups. No response. I feel like this is a scam and thinking about disputing all of my transactions with them.UPDATE: Received an email on the 11th (date of transaction) advising that I can either verify my credit card/ get a refund. CC have aPending transaction and not yet processed which can be reversed right away. I told them that just reverse the transaction… if it was done on that day it’s just a void not a refund! Because the transaction is not settled yet.Now I received an email advising that there’s a 2% fee now. I told them to put it back in my credit card and I still no response. I am not sure if it was actioned. Because of them taking their time to respond and have action. I need to wait 5 days for the funds to hit my credit card, and eat up the 2% fee. I honestly think they need to waive the fees. I understand it is busy but come on since the 11 it is still not settled?!
