I recently purchased a 200TL steam giftcard and i never Received that. They were requesting for verification which they asked for picture of my selfie and credit cards that use. but i didnt payed with the card. I wrote ticket on their site then admin replied go to Live support chat but they dont helped. I opened next ticket and admin said that code is delivered nothing on mail nothing on their website.
