Product is almost useless for iPhone. You have to either have to jailbreak the phone (this can cause serious issues and risks) alternatively you can only use the features you can get on iCloud anyway (so why pay for it?) or you can do some other bits where you have to use a cable into a laptop. Not made clear on their website. I’ve been in a 10 day email argument with Charlotte Walker from customer service to get a refund. They are point blank refusing to refund. (I tried to cancel within hours of purchase. )Stay away from this scam. Really poor it’s basically a scam if you have iPhone
