I agree with all of the negative posts. I ordered November 16 and same thing, order never arrived and I have had numerous emails back and forth and they are saying “ The courier informed us that your package experienced a delay in their logistical warehouse and we are launching an investigation.”They also said they would send another package right away which did not arrive. I asked for my money back and they said they can only issue a refund once I receive my items and send them back. I have since not heard back. I genuinely think this is a scam company. Do not buy from them!! It is too bad because I was looking forward to the products. I will be contacting my credit card company to report.
