Update:Had the same issue, they blocked me and wouldn’t answer after telling me the package was lost etc etc. I contacted pay pal and told them it was a scam and I wanted my money back, they sent pay pal a tracking number and my package arrived today.. it had the items I ordered inside but came from BC not Toronto. Still giving them 1 star because it’s a horrible company but I would suggest contacting your bank/PayPal and letting them deal with their BS. Product is not stamped mommy’s ark it says “made in China”
