DO NOT ORDER FROM MOMMY’S ARK. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER OR A REFUND! I ordered $300 worth of baby dishes for a Christmas gift. The product never arrived. After several emails, they send an automatic response after 24 hours – always with a different excuse. When I asked to cancel and get a refund – they respond saying they cannot do it because the order has already shipped. I also googled their address in Toronto and called a neighbouring business. They have never heard of this company. The address was occupied by another business for 35 years and just moved out in the last year.
