I ordered a pair of shoes on 9/2 for my son’s birthday gift. It is now 10/22 and I can’t even get a working tracking number. The “tracking number” they gave me takes me to a scam-looking sites with lots of ads and pop-ups… but no real information about the package. It doesn’t show up on any other tracking sites either. You can only email them (no customer service number) and I keep getting back the same canned responses with no substance. Requests for refunds are promptly denied. Disputing the charge with my bank. Stay away!!!
