I got a mission Lane credit card have had it for 2 months and there was fraud on my account I called in and said that there was a purchase on there that I did not make they canceled that card and said that the purchase amount would be refunded within 3 to 5 business days and they would issue me a new card which would come 7 to 14 days later. The account was credited within 2 days but on day 15 when I still had not got in the card I called and inquired about it they canceled that one and said they would send out a replacement card again 7 to 14 days. On Friday it was day 14 when I called they then changed their tune and said it was 7 to 14 business days not calendar days so technically it wouldn’t be late until Monday. They have my right address they have my right apartment number and I will bet you any amount of money that the card won’t be here Monday either. This has been going on since the end of September. Why does it take so long to issue a new card! Can you say scam!
