Miraclebrand

At 81 years of age & diabetic with other serious medical maladies, it is Imperative that I protect my health. I received a text advertisement from Miracle Brand antibiotic sheets & ordered the “deluxe” twin sheets priced at $159.00. Since I had charged it with my Citi card, I received a $15 discount, bringing the price, before taxes, etc., to $144. Five minutes later when I checked the order, the price was $178.00! When I texted Miracle Brands, they texted me that the extra was for a 5-yearcwarranty, which I never asked for. When I replied, the company told me it was being “reviewed” (after 5 minutes!). We texted back & forth until they STOPPED taking my texts. Several days later, they offered me the sheets for $129, which I know are the lesser quality sheets, due to the price. By then, thoroughly suspicious & furious, since they already had my money, I accepted the shipment at $129.00. When they arrived, as suspected, they were a below standard advertised quality. Fraudulent advertising, fraudulent qualify and fraudulent customer treatment. I am returning these below quality sheets & if Master Brands does not return my money in full AND Stop sending me further ads, I will contact the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. to begin complaint proceedings for false advertising.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DREADFUL COMPANY!Michele O.
