These guys are a criminal racket.I ordered a product almost a year ago, it took up to 3 months to get a respnse to product that was probably never sent to me. they offered a new one, but i opted for the refund. now they keep skirting the refund. i have send communications thru my account and they ignore or say; the email that was on file was wrong…. to the same email. so, that means they have the right email.this fraudulent company needs to be shut down, first refund my money for a product i have NEVER received.stop the shenanigans, its criminal.
