I ordered a simple item on 12/14/22 and it was estimated to be shipped in 3-5 business days, It is now 12/30, well past the holidays, and the tracking number says the order is still being “processed” and hasn’t shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but the system would not do that. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
