There should be an F rating for fraud. This company scams its users. I agree with other reviewers that 3 days is not enough time to evaluate an item, especially electronics. I bought a UBS audio headset. At first it did not work, but after playing with it a lot I got it to work. Then the flu hit and a week later when I went to use the headset, it was dead. I reported it immediately, but was told I absolutely violated the rules because the report exceeded 3 days. That would have meant I had to report the item was not working when it was working — utter nonsense! I never got to use the headset and even was unable to contact the seller (my laptop does not have the aps a smartphone does). I felt the Mercari rep was happy that I got scammed. NEVER use this marketplace. It often really is a scam.
