Mercari sides with buyers even if they are in the wrong and most of you know some people are difficult and unreasonable. Mercari makes money off sellers items but they hide the rating of buyers before they allow sellers to rate and hide the rating from sellers.. they encourage sellers to write a bad review and rating on sellers who are unreasonable. This is a bad reflection on Mercari overall, it shows most buyers are dissatisfied with what they buy in mercari. Mercari allows fakes and scammers. Once mercari gets their commission they don’t really care about either the seller or the buyer. If they get duped, scammed, never received the items etc. buy and sell somewhere else with more ethical practices.
