Finally received an automated reply… see below.I am not holding my breath…had these emails before.How does it take 48 hours to respond to a complaint? I live in Cape Town and have offered to fly to JHB and visit them in their offices, The offices on the website do not exist, I asked a family member to go there and take photos. A COMPLETE SCAM.The automated email reads below:We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created.A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 48 hours).However, due to significant volumes of calls and emails, it is currently taking longer than the published 48 working hours to respond to emails We apologise for any inconvenience.Thank you in advance for your patience.Sincerely,
