This company is a complete scam. I had to reverse the charges through my bank. They even managed to block me through Facebook so that I couldn’t continue to post and request information about my order and also to warn other people. I never received my products. I paid for VIP as well. They’ve never responded to an email a Facebook post or a Facebook message and they blocked me on Facebook messages as well. Don’t even bother and if you’ve already ordered go ahead and call your bank and reverse the charges. Let them know it’s a scam company.
