HORRIBLE!!!!! I CAN’T STAND A SCAMMER! It’s been 7 weeks and still don’t have my order. My item was “sent back” due to insufficient address. Really? I have gotten emails saying stuck in customs, stuck here, in transport, false tracking information and now my item is being returned to sender because of insufficient address. How does that happen? FRAUD!! I have emailed, emailed, emailed and no help! I have demanded refund and no response. I finally get a response from an email I sent saying I wanted an immediate refund or a new blanket shipped out immediately. The response was it was peak season time and it would be another 2-3 weeks. I have contact an attorney and will be moving forward with legal action. I should have known better!!• This business responds to these reviews with a standard plain response!!! They reply they understand frustration and ship according to the address given, BUT I HAVE EMAIL FROM THEIR OWN COMPANY STATING THEY HAVE MY CORRECT ADDRESS and fior me to confirm again that they have correct address on file for shipping. I confirmed email for 2nd time. They are a complete rip off!! DON’T BELIEVE THEIR LIES!
