I purchased a £1 offer for 20 lines as part of something else, decided I didn’t want to sign up to any additional charges each week and now cannot cancel my syndicate, the chat bot is the only option to discuss this with and when prompted to “leave” syndicate it simply takes me back to the account page where it still shows as active. Do not trust this company, anything this difficult to do is clearly the basis of a scam company!!
