Lottosocial

    I won credit via an ongoing syndicate bundle (‘Easy wins’) and noticed that I had received only part of my credit on my account. Lotto Social disputed this, despite me showing screenshot evidence to them. As it was only a few pounds, I was prepared to let it slide as an isolated error, and they did then give me the missing credit as a goodwill gesture. However, this happened again (again a small amount not received, but this indicates that there is at least a flaw in their system) and customer support has been ignoring my attempts to reach out to them since. It’s extremely unprofessional and I am considering approaching Trading Standards over this. I haven’t yet cancelled my subscription as the sums are low and am still hopeful this company isn’t a scam set-up.
