I was duped into paying £1 for 10 lines via the new search engine Gener8. And now I have a subscription that is taking £5 / week without my permission. I cannot log into my account, I am unable to change my password as they keep saying they have sent my password to my phone, but I haven’t received any messages. I’ve tried logging in via FB and Gmail but to no avail. My bank has blocked payments to them but I still want to cancel my account! I wouldn’t mind my £20 back please!! What a scam!
