I came to redeem my savings and they have forced me to either open a new bank account to claim the money that I have saved or to pay them £30 out of my savings to redeem my money and it does not state this anywhere in paperwork. Lying scammers! Absolutely disgusting company! Charging people £30 our of their own money they have saved with you or forcing them to open another bank account to get it back! Disgusting lying 🤥 cretins! Nowhere does it state this in the paper work! The voucher states the full money will be paid – every penny you pay in you get back! Liars! People be warned ⚠️
