As so many have said, this company is a scam. I waited nearly 3 months for a bookcase, which finally arrived from Chine. It needed to be assembled. Good luck! Insructions were in Chinese and the accompanying diagram illustrating how to assemble offered no help since the separate pieces were not identified by number. The material was a shoddy and thin veneer. I threw away the packaging and the bookcase components and of course have been given all sorts of instructions about photographing damage, etc. I will try to get a refund but doubt my chances. In any case, this company is not to be trusted and it’s goods are in no way comparable to the advertised item. Do not order from Litfad!
