We ordered an LED stair light which took several weeks to arrive. When it eventually did, wiring components were missing and it could not be used. The cost was nearly $900. Their customer service stalled and stalled until they finally said they would not refund our money and would not accept our return. Complete scam and dishonest company.***UPDATE*** Their customer service is trying to leverage this negative review against me – requesting that they will only refund my money if I take down the negative review. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY – THEIR PRODUCTS ARE POORLY MADE AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY EVEN IF DEFECTIVE AND UNUSEABLE.
