Well, here I am waiting online to speak to someone and after reading all these reviews I guess I won’t get to talk to someone and voice my concerns. I wish I had read these reveries before getting this warranty! I live on social security and thought I was getting a good deal because it was cheaper than my last one. What they say is true u get what u pay for. This is my first time using this company and I guess my last. I put a claim in last Thursday and hag to pick 3 different times for service, not a one confirmed. Here it is Tuesday the 20th of December and no one has acknowledged my claim or even told me if anyone is coming to fix my light switch. My son came to fix it last night for me. Looks like I through away over $600. and some dollars I don’t have for a warranty I can’t use that is a Big Scam. Worst part is I am going to ask for my money back if I ever get to talk to someone, which doesn’t look like I will as I have been holding for over an hour listening to their music. Please,Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this company, if u are like me I don’t have this kind of money to lose, I learned the hard way.
