    This company has an awful customer service experience and is unethical. Just like many of the other review, it took 8 months to receive rebate! Their website indicates “Rebates take 8-10 weeks as they require multiple steps including fraud prevention, verification, and third-party Visa Card Issuance and mailing.” They can’t even commit to the timeframe for receiving the rebates on their own website. I never received communication that there is a substantial delay on the rebates which would have been an expected courtesy. I suggest not buying anything from them.
