    i will never buy anything from this company again. i mailed in the proof of purchase and the rebate form and they said they never received them. insisted that they’re not responsible for lost mail. i sent them pictures of the boxes where i had cut out the proof of purchase to show that I’m a legitimate customer. I’ve mailed letters all my life and and this is the first time i was told the letter has been ‘lost’ this company dangles rebate carrot in front of you to purchase from them but scams people out of their rebates after. don’t believe the reviews or stats they put on their website about rebates. they’re a crooked company and should never be allowed to do business. if they’re honest, they should provide another method to prove that you purchased their product, in case a letter is lost. customer service is horrible too. after weeks of silence they simply said sorry can’t help you! they said i should have a proof that i sent the letter? should i have posed in front of a mailbox, dropping off a letter? ridiculousness!!
