I used lens.com to get a quick renewal of my eyeglasses rx using their at home exam. When received they input my pupillary distance incorrectly despite that I triple-checked on the self-input values, and my expired rx I had to send showed the correct value. When I contacted support I was completely brushed off, and told that once an rx is dispensed it cannot be changed. Then the support person went as far as to say verbatim “That should not cause any issue. It is more the power, axis and cyl information that is most important.”. What the hell? Really? You’re going to suggest people order glasses with an incorrect PD? The agent then immediately ended the conversation while I was typing my response. I don’t even remember the last time I wrote a negative review for a company, but this is a horribly unprofessional and arguably dangerous scam.
