I wonder why this is the only way to get a response from them as they do not reply to emails or online enquiry forms.SCAM ARTISTS HAVE EMPTIED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND LEFT ME AND MY FAMILY WITH NO MONEY!!January is a tough month for everyone and in the middle of the night on Monday, they took 6 x consecutive transactions supposedly from Sports Direct totalling over £400. They also took 3 payments supposedly from Look Fantastic.What they’ve taken is all the money I had until the end of the month. Now I’m forced to sell some of my children’s Christmas presents just to eat.What kind of company does that? And what kind of company would not have a phone number!!I’ve desperately tried to contact through online chat and emailBut no response. I have no option now but to involve the police and trading standards.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
