Please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give this company a zero or a minus I would.They are absolute charlatans. We paid premium which enables us to change our flights (which leave in 5 days). We logged the request 10 days ago and no one has got back to us. We are likely to lose these flights or have to pay a premium as the cost is going up each day. Livid is an understatement. When you realise the owners are being investigated for fraud, it is hardly surprising (a simple google about this will show many sites!)
