I just want to share my poor experience dealing with some of the employees working in London. I wanted to book a family trip and I explained twice that I am a Canadian citizen leaving in the UK and I would like to use my Canadian credit card as I’ve got insurance ect..We tried twice to make the payment but the system was asking for text confirmation which I no longer have the Canadian number. I called twice my Canadian bank and they said everything looks good with card just call last minute team and tell them if they can do something for the 3D second verification.When I called back the customer service London asking for the woman name that I talked to the previous day, she picked up the phone pretending to be another person 🤔🤔 making feel like a scammer !!Bad experience
