I was scammed online recently and made a police report before going to Kraken. (9206520) Once I spoke to the relevant member of via email and explained what happened, they sent me this reply.“We advise that you file a police report and ask that the law enforcement officials responsible for this investigation contact us by submitting the Compliance and Legal support form.” Not only did they not read my report at all they also said this in the same message.“Once law enforcement contacts us, we will be more than happy to cooperate and provide them with information we have related to this case. We have now closed the account.“I’m very angry with how they handled my situation. Without warning they closed my account and when I asked why they sent me the same Copy and Paste message whilst only changing the headline. I will be making a Complaint to the GDPR as well, has they have now removed held relevant information for my case.
