NEXT UPDATE: I have reached out multiple times via support, Twitter, etc etc…and absolutely NO response on where my replacement headphones are. Just want to reiterate to NEVER buy ANYTHING from Kokoon or you’re sinking your money into a complete scam. Absolutely disgusted with this company.
