Don’t book their “[Klook Exclusive] Mt. Fuji and Hakone Day Trip from Tokyo: 5th Station, Hakone Pirate Ship & Ropeway, and Gotemba Premium Outlets.” package..Complete scam..I went there at the meeting point and asked all tour operator but none had my booking..I had to pay to join another tour as I didn’t want to waste my day…Contacted Klook and they told me they won’t refund cause apparently 100s of people who joined the tour that day and it can’t be the case that I am the only one who can’t find the tourWhat a convenient excuse to push all the blame to the customers…I was there ahead of time and asked all tour operators, of which none had my booking…pure scamplease beware when purchasing any of their services
