Booked Klook airport transfer a week ago and gave them heads up a few days earlier to send over driver details as demand is high and taxi companies are all fully booked. Chased them today as they said driver will be assigned 24h before my trip and 7hours later still no update and now they tell me that my booking is cancelled as there are no drivers available. This is ridiculous, on such short notice how am I going to find another transfer when every company is already full? Please refund and compensate for the time wasted and all the trouble caused. This is a scam – very bad customer service as well out of Cambodia and they are not responsive
