Totally a scam. Booked a car online on their website and the confirmation and code they gave me was not working. There is no way for me to cancell the booking online. The policy says I can cancel and get a refund 48 hours prior to the pick up date. There is no number to call and the chat is offline, though the chat says it’s from 1100-2359 daily. (false). Totally a scam, be aware and I will never use it again!
