KUW213346. After reading other people’s reviews it is now apparent to me this company is a scammer. I purchased 5 tickets for universal studios in Singapore, when I checked my tickets ready to print off for the upcoming event I realised it was the wrong date! No money return or tickets with the correct date as not changeable. So this is how you make your money as you now expect me to pay again. I know I booked the 2nd of Jan because all the dates after that were blocked out. Someone else has commented that you have sent tickets with wrong dates. Very suspicious that this other customer is in Singapore and the booking seems to have been made in the same month. I will be asking for legal advice about this as well as contacting Universal Studios. Not a satisfactory reply of sorry but that’s too bad. I haven’t seen my family since before Covid, it’s Christmas and this was a treat for my grand daughter and the rest of the family. Horrible experience,
