This company is a joke!. There refund system is a fraud. I made orders close to £500 in October on Tommy Hilfiger site and returned some items to store. Till this time am yet to received any refund. Just two weeks ago , again on Tommy site i order an item waiting for it to be delivered only to received an email from Tommy that the item is no longer available, i was debited yet yet to be refunded. I again ordered another item which was delivered, check my statements i was again debit. Called Klarna customer service only to be told that they don’t keep or track record of returned items that i should call the sell-Tommy. Tommy does not have number you can call from UK. Looking back to my previous purchases all returns i have not been refunded.
